ServSafe® If you plan to attend the ServSafe® class, You need to order your exam answer sheet prior to taking the course and bring it with you.

The ServSafe® program is developed by the National Restaurant Association with the help of food service industry experts who face the same risks you do every day. Our food safety educators will be onsite, June 18th, to help prepare you for the Exam on June 19th. The only fee to attend is the $25 boxed lunch. Plan to be in class, Tuesday, June 18, from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. There will be stretch breaks and a lunch break. Participants will receive a PowerPoint presentation, diagnostic test, post-test, and an exit ticket. Additional materials are available for purchase on the ServSafe® website.  Do not delay when ordering materials! Purchasing the book is optional. The book will reinforce concepts and provide a reference for studying. The Exam will be held in the North Star Room on Wednesday, June 19, at 1:45-3:45.  Examinees have up to 2 hours to complete the exam. The exam contains 90 questions. Examinees must get at least 70%, or higher, to pass.  Materials are available for purchase on the ServSafe® website. Do not delay when ordering materials! All examinees must bring a valid proof of ID to the exam (DL, state id, student id, military id, U.S. green card, or passport).
