11:45 – 1:00pm           Lunch Provided

1:00 – 5:45pm             Sessions to include: System Support, USDA Foods 201, The Great Idaho Advisory Council Consortium, and Chef Demos featuring Rich’s and Simplot Chefs.

6:00 – 8:00pm             Meet and Greet, come get to know your vendors!
